License Agreement

The Author owns all rights, title and interest to the W-Portfolio Theme (including all Intellectual Property Rights) and reserves all rights to the W-Portfolio Theme that are not expressly granted in this EULA.

This agreement grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You acknowledge that:

The W-Portfolio Theme and its Intellectual Property Rights are not sold but licensed to you.
The Author retains ownership of the copy of the W-Portfolio Theme in your possession, and all copies licensed.
Refunds are not available once the digital purchase is made.
Updates and Upgrades will be available by the sole discretion of the Author.
Support will be available by the sole discretion of the Author.

You are ALLOWED to:

Use the W-Portfolio Theme on one Website Domain at a time
Change the W-Portfolio Theme to suit your needs
Update the W-Portfolio Theme with any free W-Portfolio Theme Updates
Backup the W-Portfolio Theme to private and secured location only

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

Install, use or possess the W-Portfolio Theme without paying the License Fee
Upgrade the W-Portfolio Theme without paying the Upgrade Fee
Rent, lease, lend, redistribute, sell, nor relicense the W-Portfolio Theme
Remove any Author copyright information
